To celebrate my lungs filling up with tar again, here are more fabulous finds on Etsy that I recently traded for! I'm addicted to trading! it's so much fun and I'm getting so many wonderful treasures.
Abstract ACEo Art Flower by http://bellacosaart.etsy.com/ . Abstract art is like coffee or beer. It grows on you and you really learn how to appreciate it. This little gem ACEO caught my eye and I just had to have it!! :) I have a cat ACEO collection at the moment and I think with Bella's new addition, I'm going to start a garden/spring theme with flowers, bunnies, landscapes, etc. That will look really nice on my wall. I have 2 ACEO frames coming that will hold 8 paintings each, that I can't wait to hang up!

My friend on Etsy (http://beadsidemyself.etsy.com/) said I have 2 split personalities - lol! I LOVE kitsch and accessories and wear tons of skull, camo, etc, but my jennleejewelry shop is very feminine. I guess I understand ladies and what styles are nice looking, but when it comes down to it, I would rather wear stuff like these awesome robot earrings I found! I don't even normally wear dangles, but I'm going to start now that I have these babies!! Robots were made by http://mountphoenix.etsy.com/ . Crazy kitsch! I wish I can wear THESE to work! That's how I feel half the time - like a robot!
Here is another talented artist http://cupcakescardsandgifts.etsy.com/ . I found the most darling wristlet and cupcake pincushion - all hand knitted! And yes I do sew and do needlework but have put that aside for now. I just don't have time for it!

Okay, can totally relate to what you're going through. I quit cold turkey in '03 and hot dog it was a hard road. I suppose I should have done it with a little assistance but I didn't. When I smoked I was a size 2 and now I'm a 14. Now I'm not saying that it was all due to that, because life happens, but I would say at least making it to size 8 was because of it. The rest is just cake.
The only advice I can give you and people who have never smoked won't understand this (co-workers, concerned yet annoying family members, and the like), you cannot quit until YOU want to quit and that is the long and short of it. Don't do it until you absolutely with every fiber of your body tells you it is the right time.
Hang in there... and I've gotta tell you it does get easier but there are still those times when I just want to suck one down.

you live really close to my parents they are in kc, mo. i have been to the overland mall once, they had a delias so that rocked!
Just wanted to put in my two cents worth and say you go girl!!! Don't worry about quitting..you will quit when the time is right..I finally was able to quit when the whole right side of my body went numb..wasn't a heart attack or stroke luckily..it was a silent migraine..but it was enough of a scare and 3 days in hospital with no cigabutts and I was able to quit...been smoke free now for 12 years and I love it!!!...You'll do it too...just don't stop try to try..because everytime you try you will get a little closer to your goal. Love your blog and what you are doing for us Etsians..keep up the good work.
